My Journey to Longevity


​I’ve spent over 30 years working at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance. I’m a Rehabilitation Assistant, trained in Pilates and Massage Therapy as well as a Master Instructor in the Burdenko Method.
My career has included working with post-physiotherapy clients, movement professionals, and high-level performers, including the founder of Cirque du Soleil.

Early in my career, aquatic rehabilitation profoundly influenced my perspective on movement. The water taught control without impact. It revealed where stability was missing and rebuilt awareness. 

From there, land-based progressions restored structure. Load built resilience. Today, heavy club training brings it all together. Clubs train rotation, grip, shoulder integrity, and strength endurance in a way that reflects how the body actually moves.

My current focus is simple:
Teaching people how to move well under load.
The 5-Session Heavy Club Starter Package is a guided introduction. You’ll learn the mechanics, understand the patterns, and build the confidence to train independently.
