Alex JD

Alex JD is an experienced Exercise Therapist with over 30 years in restorative wellness, known for blending therapeutic principles with functional strength. A Master Instructor of the Burdenko Method and former personal trainer to Cirque du Soleil’s founder, Alex offers a results-driven approach ideal for movement professionals. His training philosophy emphasizes mindfulness through club work, focusing on intentional movement, balance, and awareness—principles that extend beyond fitness into daily life.​
